HINFACT

Hinfact was founded in 2018 by researchers in human factors and alumni of ISAE-SUPAERO - the world leader in aerospace engineering higher education - and Ecole Polytechnique - the leading French engineering school. HINFACT proposes solutions to a major issue in aviation and flight safety:  human factors, which are still contributing to most accidents.

To address that issue, HINFACT has developed and enhances software solutions in order to better integrate pilots and the management of their technical and non-technical skills in the conception and operations of their aircraft. While integrating art of neuroscience applied to the art of flying, HINFACT aims to improve flight safety through 3 different levers: flight training (initial and recurrent), aircraft conception and flight operations.

Today, HINFACT is active through flight training with its software HINSIGHT Training. It allows to collect and analyse all sorts of data from training centres (flight data, instructor rating data and pilot physiological data) so as to objectively detect ways of improvements and adapt training programs, while automatically assuring their compliance.

Around 30 people are part of our team, with various backgrounds and competencies. We have strong skills in in human factors, data science and software development

HINFACT has secured funding from IINNOVACOM and other investment groups, so as to finance the success of delivery to market of HINSIGHT suite and implement commercial forces within the entire aviation industry.
